Yes, In case of a power outage, inverter backup is available, and only a few lights and fans will be operational.

Yes, the property provides sufficient chairs and tables to accommodate up to 36 guests. Guests are free to use them anywhere on the premises. However, other furniture, such as sofas and beds, must remain in place and should not be moved.

Yes, this property has a BBQ grill available for use. The only charge is for barbecue coal. (100rs per kg coal) Guests are expected to bring their own raw ingredients, though the caretaker can arrange them if notified in advance.

Yes, this property features a designated bonfire pit area. 
The caretaker can arrange a bonfire upon request, provided it's intimated at least one day before check-in. 
This setup would be charged based on the wood that's used(1000/- for up to 50kg).

The pricing depends on factors such as the day of the week, the number of extra guests & number of nights booked.

Yes, a security deposit of Rs:10000/- is required and will be collected at check-in by the property. Security deposit will be refunded at the check-out by the property if there are no adjustments.

The caretaker will provide details and menus of nearby restaurants (delivery charges may apply), and guests are welcome to order food from outside. Guests can also bring their food. For convenience, the property offers a fridge for storage, a microwave for heating, and cutlery for use.

No, the property currently does not have an in-house chef. However, the caretaker can cook for guests. Cooking charges, food items he can cook, and any limitations can be discussed directly with the caretaker, as this arrangement is solely between the caretaker and the guest, with no involvement from the property.
