All the properties listed on InstaFarms do not have the same cancellation policy. Every Property Owner would choose a cancellation policy that he/she deems fit to their requirement. For the exact cancellation policy of that property, pls visit the respective property page and read the cancellation policy of that particular property. In this page, we will give a brief overview of all the available cancellation policies.
To keep things smooth, we have created 4 standard cancellation policies and every property would adhere to one of these 4 standard cancellation types.
Flexible, Moderate, Firm & Strict.
Flexible: If you cancel your booking
3 days before the stay, you’ll get 50% refund.
More than 3 days before the stay, you’ll get 100% refund.
Moderate: If you cancel your booking
1 day before the stay, you’ll get 0% refund.
Less than 7 days before the stay, you’ll get 50% refund.
More than 7 days before the stay, you’ll get 100% refund.
Firm: If you cancel your booking
Less than 7 days before the stay, you’ll get 0% refund.
Less than 14 days before the stay, you’ll get 50% refund.
More than 14 days before the stay, you’ll get 100% refund.
Strict: If you cancel your booking
Less than 7 days before the stay, you’ll get 0% refund.
Less than 14 days before the stay, you’ll get 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the stay, you’ll get 75% refund.
More than 30 days before the stay, you’ll get 100% refund.
Also, each property can have 2 different cancellation policies for short term stays(<= 2 Nights) and long term stays(> 2 nights). For example, a property could have a Moderate Cancellation policy for short term stays and a Strict cancellation policy for long term stays.
