Yes, a security deposit of Rs:7500/- is required and will be collected at check-in by the property. Security deposit will be refunded at the check-out by the property if there are no adjustments.

No, the property currently does not have an in-house chef. However, the caretaker can cook for guests. Yes, the property features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and basic utensils for cooking. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare their meals.
