Yes, a security deposit of Rs:5000/- is required and will be collected at check-in by the property. Security deposit will be refunded at the check-out by the property if there are no adjustments.

No, the property currently does not have an in-house chef. However, the caretaker can cook for guests. Cooking charges, food items he can cook, and any limitations can be discussed directly with the caretaker, as this arrangement is solely between the caretaker and the guest, with no involvement from the property.
