Syna Farms aim is to introduce people to a living experience that binds mind, body and soul together in a happy union. It is surrounded by nature and has a beautiful garden, meditation hut, small swimming pool and a small farm. 

The farm offers comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms + attached bathrooms, a huge hall and a kitchen. Additional mattresses available to accommodate upto 15 guests. Guests won't be away from entertainment, with a projector and a powerful sony sound system in the hall. The property is located just 30 mins away from Airport and is close to the Highway.

This property includes an indoor projector and a portable JBL sound system. With this setup, guests can enjoy a great big-screen experience while watching movies or sports.

Indoors, the property features a foosball table. Outdoors, it offers a badminton set and a small lawn.

Yes, this property includes a dedicated kids' play area.

Yes, the property is equipped with a generator backup. There are no additional charges for usage up to 4 hours. However, if the usage exceeds this limit, extra charges might be applicable.

Yes, the property provides sufficient chairs and tables to accommodate up to 15 guests. Guests are free to use them anywhere on the premises. However, other furniture, such as sofas and beds, must remain in place and should not be moved.

Yes, the property has a BBQ grill available for use. The only charge is for barbecue coal. (100rs per kg coal). Guests are expected to bring their raw ingredients, though the caretaker can arrange them if notified in advance.

Yes, the property features a designated bonfire pit. The caretaker can arrange a bonfire upon request, provided it's intimated at least one day before check-in. This setup would be charged based on the wood that's used(1000/- for up to 50kg).

The pricing depends on factors such as the day of the week, the number of extra guests & number of nights booked.

Is it possible to book individual rooms instead of the entire property?

Yes, a security deposit of Rs:5000/- is required and will be collected at check-in by the property. Security deposit will be refunded at the check-out by the property if there are no adjustments.

This property has a few optional charges that are applicable only if guests choose to use the corresponding services: - Cooking Access Fee - 750Rs - Paid at the property - Bonfire Fee - 1000Rs - Paid at the property - BBQ equipment is available for guest use. A charge will apply for coal (INR 100 per kg), subject to availability. Please inquire with the caretaker beforehand. Guests can carry their coal.

The caretaker will provide details and menus of nearby restaurants (delivery charges may apply), and guests are welcome to order food from outside. Guests can also bring their own food. For convenience, the property offers a fridge for storage, a microwave for heating, and cutlery for use.

No, the property currently does not have an in-house chef. However, the caretaker can cook for guests. Yes, the property features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and basic utensils for cooking. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare their meals. However, access to the kitchen comes with an additional cooking fee of INR 750 per day, which can be paid directly to the property.
